Site Maintenance
PBS proposes to continue the maintenance of the Web site. PBS has a proven track record of meeting the philosophical intentions of the business. It understands the intricacy of this multi-layered client and the importance of maintaining current statistics for the use of the customer. PBS recognizes that the Web site is an essential tool for many of the business' management providing immediate lines of communication with the employees. PBS strives for excellence. This tendency will guarantee that the business continues its informative site. Conditions PBS will require direct contact with the assigned management in order to gather the information to be placed on the Web site. PBS requests that one manager/employee is assigned to review the site for completeness and accuracy. This person will be responsible to communicate with the Webmaster on a weekly basis to discuss any issues relating to the information carried on the site. The reviewer must be able to understand and use email, including attachments. PBS will not be responsible for the server-side expenses. The business will pay the service provider and maintain the contract. Any problems with the server should be resolved by the business. Papillon Business Solutions © staff will be on hand to give advice, if necessary. Terms PBS agrees to provide no fewer than 10 hours per week of maintenance of the Web site. PBS rate is $30.00 per hour. PBS will contract with the business in six-month intervals. 30 days prior to the end of the contract, either party has the right to renegotiate the contract for the next six months or terminate the relationship at the end of the current contract. PBS will consider discounted contracts for not-for-profit organizations. PBS
will provide a formal contract with the business
upon agreement with these outlined terms.
